I had a reiki session with Casey when I was feeling really lost and overwhelmed with life and it was the best thing I could have done for myself. Through our session Casey made me feel so held and grounded, and I felt a deep sense that everything was going to be okay. I came out of our session feeling so calm and relaxed, and like a weight was off my shoulders, and this continued for the weeks to come. I can’t recommend Casey enough, she has a beautiful gift
I recently attended one of Casey and Troy’s breathwork sessions, and it was exactly what I needed during this challenging time in my life. Casey and Troy are a power couple who work together as a team beautifully. Troy led everyone through the breathwork and spoke with so much ease. I was able to understand and follow his instructions just through his words. You can really see his passion! Casey led everyone through a beautiful grounding meditation to prepare us for the breathwork and also offered Reiki. At the end of the session, I experienced a release of sadness, and Casey intuitively knew when I needed Reiki. My daughter asked me to join her in our first breathwork and meditation class with Troy and Casey. From Troy welcoming us in the door and Casey when we entered the room, I felt completely welcome and safe. To my surprise, I had no issue just being myself and through the journey, letting go of whatever my body and mind needed to do in this safe place. I now feel a sense of relief, calmness and strength after being there. I would love to go again in the future. Thank you Troy and Casey for opening my mind to something new in my life
Honestly, I really didn't know what to expect coming into this breath work session. I've never done anything like it! But I went into it with an open mind and boy I'm glad I did. Because it was genuinely incredible, troy guided me through all different types of breathing techniques and what felt like 30 minutes, was well and truly over an hour! By the end of the session, troy helped me see a side of myself I haven't seen in a long time. Tapping into my emotions and for some reason, some how they all just came out. I'm truly thankful for this experience and for troy guiding me through it. It was proper amazing and it's definitely something I'd love to do again. Thankyou troy
